Location Highlights
Forest Trails is just a short 3-to-5 minute walk to the main village by way of the valley trail. More than any other location on the mountain Forest Trails blends in to the forestry behind the complex. You'll love taking a walk along the valley trail to enjoy the small wooden bridge over a gentle babbling creek where you can feel truly embraced by nature. The next closest complexes are Powder Ridge, across the street from the lower numbered units, Trail's Edge and Crystal Forest across the street from the higher numbered units, and past the forest on the other side of the valley trail are Timberline and Snow Creek Village.
SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:From the top of Sundance, take Rambler down to the Mt Morrisey Connector and take the To Sundance Estates cut-off. This leads out to directly across the street from the complex. Alternatively, you can take Rambler to Gentle Giant and take the cut-off about halfway down which leads behind the Snow Creek Village complex. This will lead you to the Valley Trail behind Forest Trails as well so it's just a short walk up to the complex.
To ski out, you can take the Valley Trail down to the top of the main village at approximately a 3 - 5 minute walk, where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts. Alternatively, you can walk up Sundance Drive to hop on Gentle Giant which leads to the base of the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts.
